This policy explains how Palittadnb Ltd, trading as Certiva Consultancy UK ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit certivauk.co.uk or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Certiva Consultancy UK is a trading name of Palittadnb Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15626113, with its registered office at 14a Albany Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 9TH. Our VAT registration number is 475664255. For any question about this policy or your data, contact Dario Palitta at [email protected] or +44 7922 551692.
We only collect data you give us directly, through the forms on this site:
With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site (see "Cookies and local storage" below). We do not use advertising tracking, and we do not buy, sell, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., our website hosting and forms provider, and are accessible to us via our Netlify account. We don't maintain a separate marketing database or CRM at this time. If you've subscribed to our newsletter, your email is held for that purpose until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
This site uses a small amount of browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) for strictly functional purposes only — for example, remembering that you've closed a pop-up so it doesn't reappear, or recording your cookie banner choice. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Microsoft Clarity, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that shows us anonymised heatmaps and session recordings of how visitors use the site — helping us understand what's working and what isn't. Clarity sets its own cookies to do this and is provided by Microsoft Corporation, which processes this data as our data processor. If you choose "Essential only", or don't respond to the banner, Clarity is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
The site also embeds Google Maps (to show our general location) and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
We keep enquiry and consultation form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe we haven't handled your data properly.
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or our use of data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
